Tread-area punctures typically up to 6 mm (1/4″) with no sidewall/shoulder damage and no previous improper plugs. Sidewall, shoulder, gashes, or large/irregular holes require tire replacement for safety.

An outside-only plug is temporary. A proper repair is an inside plug‑patch that seals the liner and fills the injury channel. We never rely on ‘plug only’ fixes.

Most repairs take 20–45 minutes once we begin. Extra time may be needed for bead/seating issues, TPMS service, or corrosion cleanup.

Often, if the injury is within spec and the tire wasn’t driven too long while flat. We’ll inspect the inner liner for heat damage before approving repair.

Drive minimally and avoid highway speeds. Slow leaks can become rapid. Repair ASAP to protect the tire and TPMS, or install your spare and visit us.

Slow pressure loss, hissing near the stem, or bubbles on soapy water. We replace rubber stems and service aluminum TPMS valves with the correct seals/cores.

Corrosion or debris between the tire bead and rim, or impact damage. We clean the rim, treat corrosion, reseat the bead, and seal as appropriate. Bent rims may need repair/replacement.

Yes—relearn/program sensor IDs, replace damaged sensors, and reset the warning once pressures are set and stable.

Yes—when done correctly within size/location limits and with proper inspection. We document repairs on your invoice.

A proper repair maintains safe operation for normal driving. For high-speed/track use, consider replacement—we’ll advise based on your use case.

Possible causes: cracked or bent rim, bead corrosion, sharp debris in the tread, or valve/TPMS issues. We’ll inspect and correct the root cause.

Vibration after balancing, repeated bead leaks, or visible flat spots. We measure runout and recommend rim repair or replacement if needed.
