A mobile tire appointment can address an eligible wheel swap or tire problem only when the location, vehicle and equipment are suitable. Confirm availability and scope; an urgent request does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Need help with a flat or a seasonal tire change? Contact Us. Give your location, tire size, pressure-loss history and whether a safe spare is available. Confirm the response and coverage.

Give dispatch a usable description

State whether the tire is flat, losing pressure slowly, damaged after an impact or simply due for a seasonal change. Include size, vehicle, exact location and whether a safe spare is available. Do not drive a flat to make access easier. If the vehicle is exposed to moving traffic, prioritize a safe response and towing where needed rather than an on-the-spot permanent repair.

Give useful information for an urgent tire call

  • State whether the vehicle is safely parked, on a shoulder or exposed to traffic. Location safety determines the response before repair convenience.
  • Identify the affected tire, pressure-loss history and whether it was driven deflated. Internal damage may exist without a large visible injury.
  • Confirm a usable spare, wheel-lock key and any restrictions on access. Temporary-spare operating limits come from its markings and the vehicle instructions.
  • Request a confirmed response type: spare installation, inspection, replacement or towing. Do not assume an exterior plug is a permanent repair.

A photograph can help plan equipment and fitment; it cannot establish the condition of an uninspected inner liner. Keep the appointment scope distinct from the eventual repair decision.

Decide whether a puncture is repairable

A flat needs off-wheel inspection before a permanent repair decision. USTMA’s passenger/light-truck guidance limits eligible injuries to the repairable tread area, no greater than 6 mm, with no shoulder/belt-edge involvement or overlapping repairs. The injury channel needs a stem and the inner liner needs a patch; an outside-in plug alone is inadequate. Tire-manufacturer restrictions can be tighter, especially for run-flat or specialty tires.

Driving underinflated can damage the casing beyond the visible puncture. A sidewall injury, unsuitable previous repair, cord damage or other disqualifying condition calls for replacement. Read our tire repair service scope and provide the tire size, pressure-loss history and a safe location when requesting assistance.

Confirm whether the work can be completed on site

Provide your postal code, vehicle, tire size, required work and access details. A mobile appointment needs a safe, firm, level working area with space for lifting and equipment. Traffic exposure, slopes, underground restrictions, seized hardware or a damaged wheel can make shop work or towing necessary.

MasterDrive’s verified shop is at 22 Ingram Drive, Unit 2, North York, ON M6M 2L6. Regional guides describe customers’ service needs; they do not establish a shop in every city. Confirm dispatch coverage, equipment, travel charges and timing through our contact page. Same-day availability must be confirmed for the specific job.

Request the appropriate tire response

Explain whether the request is an urgent flat, a slow leak or a planned seasonal change. Confirm the location, safe access, tire specification and accepted response type; repair eligibility is decided after inspection. Contact Us. Confirm current hours and the appointment at the North York shop, or the accepted mobile tire coverage for the job address.
